  • Please wait in vehicle until appointed time
  • Mask are mandatory before entering building & social distancing will take place.
  • Temperature checks will be administered when entering the building.
  • Only one parent per child is allowed t. Parents will report directly to student’s classroom. A staff member will inform parents of their child’s teacher.
  • Parents and students will enter in the following hallway and report directly to classroom
    • 4th – 6th  & self contained – patio door closest to 4th – 6th grade hall
    • 1st – 3rd – cafeteria
    • Pk & K – Library hall entrance
  • Students must be in uniform & all school supplies should be labeled
  • Parents will be given an envelope to pay $10.00 student fees. Please bring exact change.
  • Spirt Shirt order forms will be available for parents to complete & return with child on 1st day of school.
  • Student care registration will be available


** Virtual Students Only: ID picture will be taken and ID’s can be picked up at a later date.  Student fees must be paid at orientation.


 A $10.00 fee will be collected for ID cards, handbook/planner, communication/fluency folder and signed papers folder.  Place the money in a labeled envelope and turn it in to the teacher.  Please bring exact change; cash or money orders only. Checks will not be accepted

Materials that are part of the basic educational program are provided without charge to a student.  Students are expected to provide their own basic supplies and may be required to pay certain other fees or deposits including the following:

Pre-Kindergarten – 6th Grade $10.00 fee for the following:


Communication Folder           $5.00

Lanyard                                  $2.00

ID                                           $3.00


Only cash, cashier’s check or money orders will be accepted for fee payment.


Fees will be collected throughout the month of August. Any student that does not pay for fees by the deadline will not be allowed to participate in any non-curricular activity until all fees have been paid.


*Students and families may request an economic hardship waiver for fees by making an appointment with the principal. Documentation of hardship must be provided.  The criteria for economic hardships can be found in the Iberia Parish School Board Policy Manual (Policy JS). Requests that are denied may be appealed with the Assistant Superintendent, Jennifer Joseph.
